Most of Europe considers the black cat a symbol of bad luck, particularly if one walks across the path in front of you. However, it can also be considered lucky to have a black cat around, in that he will ward off evil spirits and so that's where he got his name; Bonus! Our mysterious, shy boy will most likely be found in the cat tree's - only coming out for some treats, as he likes to laze around. He makes the cutest happy noises when it's feeding time for wet food or when he see's Genie our Bengal - he likes to follow him around, besties!

Originating in south east of Asia, we think you'll agree that Doritio has the most unique look and distinctive colouring. We love his pointed out ears! He has a great sense of affection, especially when you make kissing noises at him, he will give you head butts! He does spend 80% of his time asleep but still enjoys pets. Abyssinian cats do well in multi cat households due to their social nature, his best friend is our siamese, Haribo. They are often seen cuddled up together <3

A very big favourite and our biggest character in the cafe is; Casper. You will either be completely freaked out by a hairless cat or intrigued to how he feels but either way we GUARANTEE you will leave in love with Casper. He is extremely naughty and loves to steal your straw from your drink or cream, he likes to jump onto the staff (even when they're not expecting it) and he gets the zoomies and starts booping the other cats just because he feels like it. If you can't spot him he does tuck himself away in igloo beds quite well for warmth or simply lies on top of another cat for their body heat. Zero cares in the world from this boy!

Don't be fooled by how petite our Netflix is, this tabby is mighty and won't be bossed around! He is super friendly and super playful. He doesn't sleep much during the day and is always ready for action. He may just become your favourite. He doesn't like to lap sit but he does love attention. He's a great poser for pics too so be sure to get a selfie!

Here comes Jam and HE IS BIG! He's not even fully grown yet so we are in awe of him! He does sleep a lot but when hes awake you'll know about it, his presence is just amazing. His meow is the most enunciated M-E-O-W you will ever hear. He will walk a few steps and then flop because he loves belly rubs, you have to try it! Jam's gorgeous fur is thick, dense and unlike any of the other cats. He doesn't comprehend moods of others, he is just one big baby who is always happy. He shows no signs of bossiness but he does get his food quite fast before others, due to his large head being in the way! He has been known to play but in short bursts because, well that would be too much exercise. 

Waltz is our top lap sitter and sometimes we will have to come and move him so you can leave! He loves to sit on you or your coat will do! He is super sweet and loves attention. The other cats sometimes get jealous of how affectionate he is with people and try to barge in, so we always make sure Waltz knows hes our special boy too!

Genie is super playful and a great hunter. He is the hardest to tire out so please be sure to give him lots of stimulation on your visit. He may take his catch proudly away and hide it, so please let him :) He is most recognisable by his beautiful spots and big green eyes. A hybrid of the wild asian leopard cat and domestic cat has gave us this breed we see today. His domestic side gives him his friendly nature and means he is happy enough stimulated indoors.. instead of a jungle! He is definitely high in the hiarchy in our cafe, a lot of our boys seem to look up to him <3

Enzo might fool you with his striking, wildcat appearance but Savannah cats actually really enjoy domestic life. They make excellent companions as long as they’re socialized from kittenhood, but given their inquisitive and attention-demanding nature, they’d be better suited to more experienced owners. Hey, Justin Bieber owns two so it can't be that hard right? We find Enzo to thrive in the cafe with so much changing stimulation and different people to meet all day long. We have even recently took him outside on a harness and lead! Enzo has a very good sense of smell and he sniffs very loudly and deeply, you will notice! His alter ego is a parrot as he loves to climb and sit on your shoulders or back! He will have a full conversation with you and look into your soul :')

Our white Persian may have a bad rep from all the movies where he's the villain (and he does have that energy) but Kebab is very friendly once he gets to know you a little bit. He is naturally quite a diva and sometimes enjoys his independent time and space alone downstairs (dont we all!)
Being white we have to clean him a lot - much to his dismay! That's just how we keep him looking so fabulous, since he's quite lazy with grooming himself! Our favourite thing is his little eye squints of acceptance when you pet him and his little low ninja run across the cafe for treats. If you want him to play use the pop up tunnels in the cafe, he loves those! 

With ancestry tracing back to Norway and the vikings, Oscar is very similar to the Siberian and Maine Coon with his long haired coat - the top coat is glossy and under coat is for insulation. They also all have strong claws and majestic bushy tails. Being another gentle giant, we call Oscar the dad of the group. He is always making sure everyone is okay and if anything is slightly different, he will fixate on it! We say he gets 'heart eyes' at certain moments like; if a customer has long hair he loves to look at it or if he see's a new cat, or if you get out his teddy toy. He does the biggest jumps out of all the cats when playing! He has a very unique, nurturing personality and it's amazing <3

Beautiful Figaro joined us at the cafe last, as he lived at home with the owner and her dog. She thought why not try to give Figaro some play dates at the cafe to see if he liked it. You guessed it, he's now a very happy perminant resident with us! He gets so much attention and even lies on his back for tummy rubs. He's big on play time too, he definitely thrives in this environment! We know it wouldn't work for all cats, but Figaro is in heaven! If he meow's at you for treats, you'll notice it resembles the sound of a plane landing :') He is one of a kind!

We have always thought Finn thinks he is a dog, he practically wags his bushy tail when he is happy. He also shows the affectionate and loyal type of behaviour. We are yet to learn him 'fetch' which they say can be done easily in this breed! Siberians are also fascinated by water but our Finn is quite skittish and cartoon-like (best scooby doo run ever.)
You would not believe that one of our biggest, fluffiest cats is actually the hypoallergenic one! Yep, this is the cat to have if you have allergies.
We have watched him grow so confident after being potentially the most shy in the beginning! He is truly beautiful inside and out.
We love you Finn!

Pinocchio is our youngest member of the family and joined the boys a little after the cafe had opened. He fit in so easily being a Ragdoll because he is extremely laid back and easy going, don't expect anything too strenuous from this one! Nothing bothers him or phases him, even when snoopy sits on him and grooms him. He has THE softest fur ever, he is basically a cloud. Pinocchio is sure to steal your heart with his majestic and luxurious looks. We are now left wondering how big he will get!

Despite his name and grumpy face, majestic Venom is our gentle giant. Get a load of his paw size too! He is very observant and will just watch what's going on, rather than embarrass himself by joining in. We love his big bushy tail and often mistake it for the feather duster. You will most likely see him at the window watching birds and dogs go by or by your belongings, as he likes to give them a good sniff/sit on them and find out who you are! Venom is fairly petite for a maine coon, usually females are the smallest within this breed. We guess he is in touch with his feminine side (especially his high pitched meow!!)... and we're okay with it!

Alpha Haribo is our gorgeous blue eyed beauty. He is very particular and proud of his appearance. This means you'll probably find him grooming himself or up high observing his surroundings, after all he is the THE BOSS! If he see's someone getting lots of attention he will cleverly manoeuver them out of the way and slip in. He loves to sit on your lap and has been known to spend a full hour this way! Sometimes staff can carry him like a baby when he is in the mood. He is a very messy eater and takes big bites so beware with treats! He makes very loud noises when he eats too which always makes us laugh. We love you and your querky ways, Haribo!

Our very own Garfield cat! Snoopy is very popular for this reason, his looks are everything. His squishy face is the best thing ever. He does sneeze a lot because of this and so we clean him up a lot, but that just makes him even cuter! We love his very random zoomies across the cafe. As long as you show him your hand first, he is up for some pets too.. he's very much just in his own little happy bubble and falls into a deep sleep with his arm up and mouth open :')
